Mini Pancake Cart or Charcuterie

Bring the magic of mini pancakes to your event—or find us at local pop-ups! Guests can enjoy made-to-order stacks with unlimited toppings, or pick from our handcrafted seasonal recipes. Hosting a gathering? We also offer charcuterie-style pancake boards for easy catering.

Charcuterie Cart


Perfect for weddings, showers, or corporate events, this cart lets your guests design their own charcuterie experience. Choose 2 meats, 2 cheeses, and 6 accoutrements from our menu, all beautifully arranged on wooden charcuterie boards and served by our cart team.

Cheesecake Cart


A dreamy fairytale twist on cheesecake! Each guest receives an 8oz cheesecake bowl, topped with unlimited mix-ins or one of our seasonal signature recipes. Served fresh from the cart with everything included for a magical dessert experience.

Pancake Pixies is a family-run business bringing mini pancakes, charcuterie, and cheesecake bowls to events across Indiana. What started as a spark of inspiration quickly turned into a mission: to make every gathering a little more magical, one fluffy bite at a time.
